Respect is #1

I began my Jiu Jitsu journey in May of 2011 and immediately knew it would be a passion for the rest of my life. I began competing after about 3 month of training and got gold at my first competition, and was addicted to winning. It has been the best vehicle for self improvement I have ever found, your hard work ( or lack-thereof) will show every time you step on the mats.

I was fortunate enough to begin instructing early on. After not being able to pay my dues right after highschool my instructors invited me to instead help to run kids classes, I ran with the opportunity and after about two years I was leading four classes a week. This of course led me into teaching adults as well, all and all totaling to about six years of experience and an instructor. There is nothing quite like the feeling of seeing someone execute a technique you showed them, it’s something that never fails to bring a smile to my face.

Whether you are looking to compete at the highest level or just make the most of your time on the mats I have a systematic approach to my lessons that will have you seeing results right away. Take it from my testimonials and the opinions of my peers, investing in personal instruction with me is a great way to take your game to the next level and bring accountability to your training. My dedication to my craft and education as a personal trainer have me uniquely equipped to maximize the results my clients receive.
